Unattended Weighing System

We have developed a Smart IoT-Based Weighing Management System that integrates RFID/IC Card technology, license plate recognition, facial recognition, and ID verification to enable automated, accurate, and secure weighing operations. The system supports unattended weighing with features such as real-time monitoring, anti-cheating mechanisms, gate and traffic light control, and automatic image capture during the weighing process. All data is collected and processed automatically to minimize manual errors and improve operational efficiency. Through centralized reporting and data analysis, management can monitor production and logistics activities in real time, enhance operational control, reduce costs, and support the digitalization and automation of industrial weighing systems.
