The 510 signal converter features a robust aluminum housing and is built with original imported high-performance components to precisely amplify sensor output signals. Its internal system integrates voltage regulation, constant-current excitation for bridge sensors, voltage-to-current conversion, impedance matching, as well as linear and humidity compensation, ensuring stable and accurate signal output. The device converts mechanical quantities into selectable standard output signals, including ±5 V, ±10 V, 4–20 mA, and 0–20 mA. It can be directly connected to automatic control systems, PLCs, microcontrollers, PC terminals, or computer networks. In addition, it provides external zero and gain adjustment, along with input overload protection and output short-circuit protection, making it reliable and suitable for industrial applications.
