Fully Automatic Packaging and Weighing System

A fully automatic packaging scale is designed to perform filling, weighing, and packaging processes without operator intervention. Unlike semi-automatic systems that require manual bag filling, this system operates in a fully automated and integrated manner. The system consists of an automatic bag filling machine, weighing and packaging unit, folding and sealing machine, vertical bag conveyor, and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as the central control unit. All processes are controlled by a pre-programmed PLC to ensure consistent and accurate operation. In addition, the system is equipped with automatic detection and error correction functions, which help prevent packaging material waste, improve process efficiency, and maintain reliable and stable operation.
