Bridge Dynamic Weighing Protection System

The system is designed to automatically monitor overloaded freight vehicles. It measures the total vehicle weight, axle load, vehicle speed, and reads the license plate number as the vehicle passes the monitoring point. When an overload is detected, the system displays warning messages and lane guidance on an information display in front of the vehicle. If the overloaded vehicle continues to pass despite the warning, monitoring cameras automatically capture images of the vehicle. All collected data is processed by the central system to generate violation records, which can be used as a basis for enforcement. Through this automated process, the system reduces manual workload, improves monitoring efficiency, and helps protect bridge safety and service life.
